Passionate about living in recovery and a firm believer in the power of the 12 steps, Keaton Weber is the Operational Manager of Northridge Addiction Treatment Center, dedicated to ensuring that the residents always come first. A Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT), he has been working in substance abuse and addiction treatment for two years while expanding his extensive knowledge and honoring his expertise in the field.
As a member of AA and CA, Keaton remembers what it’s like to be at the lowest point while struggling with addiction, enabling him to emphasize and connect with patients. Watching past and former NATC residents thrive in recovery and experience life to its fullest potential— things their addiction didn’t even allow them to imagine possible is one of his greatest joys. Although his most outstanding achievement is his wife and daughter, he considers each update from a former resident with stories and pictures of them with their families an extraordinary accomplishment.
